Leaving Jack Behind

Well…the moment finally arrived..
We’re packed and ready to go (okay, not completely true – Ohad is still in the shower) and soon we’ll eat some and we’ll be on our way to the airport.

Tonight we’ll sleep in the Yotel in terminal 4 on Heatrow and tomorrow we’ll be actually on our way to China! Can’t really believe it yet, guess our feet will have to touch ground to make it real..

Thanks to all you sweet people in Holland – we had an amazing time!!!

These were too good to keep for ourselves. Say it and taste it: Tompoezen!!

Just wanted to write a quick post about my mom’s birthday.. I haven’t been in Holland on her birthday for about 5 years now and it was really great that I got to be there this time.

We celebrated at 00:00 with champagne and presents, and flipped through my mom’s album of when she was born. It’s really amazing to see those pics, she still has those naughty eyes she already had as a baby. So cute! . She got some Hebrew cd’s from us, a brand new super-zoom (12x!) camera from my dad and some more presents and cards from the rest of the family. We had a real fun evening.
